Hi everyone, just a quick note to start.

I have been lucky enough to have been brought upon a large farm, also extended that after school by working on all types of farms all around Canterbury and west coast.

I have worked with building farms,clearing then building roading, plant sites,and infrastructure in the mining industry, also owned and run my own business based on Banks Peninsula,doing general earthmoving working with farmers, lifestyle block holders, council roading & infrastructure, along with corporate land development, mining companies (Landcorp, Oceania gold, Solid Energy) builders,landscaping,drainage,house site works,access,water,power,land clearing,tree clearing, land stabilization (retaining walls etc), anything you may associate with new lifestyle, farm maintenance, site planning house building & land block clearing, design developing of access,planting,fencing,water & services, also buildings, house siting.

There we are in short, I’m here to help whether you just have a little bugging question to thinking about owning or own a section or land and not sure where to start nor finish.
